Estimating Drupal projects

"So how long is that going to take you?" Whether you're building a Drupal site in-house or working with a contractor, inevitably you need to estimate the project in order to set budget and timeline expectations. In this presentation, we'll look at how to approach a Drupal estimate given your team's experience and resource constraints. We'll also talk about how to define the project's goals and how to deal with scope and deadline changes in a Drupal context.
