Multilingual problem / use-case sharing

This BoF is planned to be a followup to the Directions of langauge support in Drupal 8 talk, where people can and should share their use cases and problems you want to be covered by Drupal 8's language support. Let's verify Drupal 8 will do things in a way that fits your needs, and bring out your use cases so we are able to verify.
